Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL USA ORDERS

At Hojicha, every order is roasted and packed to order in small batches. We do not pull from stale pre-packed stock. This means delivery takes a little longer than a standard retail order, but what arrives is as fresh as it gets.

Processing Time

All orders require a minimum of 1-2 business days to process and pack before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday enter the queue on Monday morning.

Estimated Delivery Time

From the day you place your order, total delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. This includes:

• 1-2 business days: processing and packing
• 2-5 business days: transit via USPS, FedEx or UPS

Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier volume. Orders placed Monday through Thursday tend to ship fastest.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Carrier selection is based on your location and package size. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Destination

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been handed off to the carrier. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days of your order, contact us at hello@hojicha.example and we will look into it.
